. . . is not too late to save this forum (before anyone else threatens to check out     *  ).

For example, here's a local item:  KFUN celebrates a decade on the air this week.   Roger Ashby and Rych Mills are special guests yesterday and this morning.    Both sound great.      That should have been announced here last Friday.

* people regularly threaten to walk away from media forums but it is seldom permanent, and this one should be no exception.     After all, who wants to miss out on hearing Rych Mills on radio again, just like the old days?

What does this have to do with Jody's CFRB traffic reports?

Don't know about most of the stations listed by Exidor, but neither CJOY or CKKW (99.5 KFun) play 50's or 60's music. Zoomer radio (Toronto 740AM) does play music prior to 1970 and the cable station Stingray(Channel 719 on Rogers locally-also available on the internet) is heavy on 1955 - 1965 music. Generally speaking, the music I grew up with is too old to be "oldies".

Yesterday, April 3rd, I found out, by accident, that Patty Duke had died.    Just sayin'.

To the Kitchener/Waterloo board:  Patty Duke has met her Waterloo.

Just sayin'

Did Dave Schneider change spelling to "Schnider" when he became a politician or did Dave Schnider change spelling to "Schneider" while he was a broadcaster?

I'm sure my comments will make the blood boil on some

The other day I was about to drive a long distance and before setting off, went to McDonald's for a latte.    I had to wait for a long line of seniors getting free refills on their seniors-priced coffees.

The sooner euthanasia and assisted suicide laws can be passed, the sooner we can get rid of all those ancient freeloaders.

Talk radio broadcasters can then be changed to . . . oh oh . . . what should replace them, Hathaway?
