Libby Znaimer will be on-air Monday as others take the day off.  Scheduled Topic:  "post mortem" on the Royal Wedding

P.S.  It is called the two-four weekend more for the birth date of Queen V than for the reference for beer.

Re: Programming

Did Rogers with the help of taxpayers money have a vintage TTC streetcar (when there is a streetcar shortage) parked/blocked traffic on Dundas Street for Kevin Freakish's good riddance show?
...On a day when there was a subway shutdown?

"Don't let the door hit you from behind when they 'reassign you'."
Did you notice how many effeminate men there were on the coach during the last segment?

CBC Ontario Television plans to air a Stanley Cup Playoff Game instead of the election results this Thursday.

I remember back in 1985 when a NHL playoff hockey game was pushed to the Parliamentary channel with the consent of the CRTC for the same reason.  Many students were asking "What channel number is the Parliamentary Channel?".

Samantha C lost 2/3 of her sponsors on her non-apology-apology show.  (She hasn't aged well, even for a Canadian).  https://www.thewrap.com/samantha-bees-full-frontal-apology-advertisers-drop-decline/  She still hasn't apologized for her second comment.

NBC Hockey ratings up from last year.  Congratulations to NBC who put on a better production than Roger's CBC.  CBC had to wait after NBC to interview players as NBC was the prime network.
Alexander Ovechkin didn't look to happy receiving the CON trophy with a bunch of maple leaves on it.  Nice photo coming soon of him and Trump at The White House.

The last caller to Libby's show on Am 740 last Friday, identified as Henry, asked if Moses would consider putting those CITY-TV's Blue Movies on Vision.  Libby's response:  "doubtful".

Ed Keenan will be filling in for Chuck Gurney Monday at 09:00 on TALK640.

George Jonescu's son will join Frank Proctor this Sunday night in a tribute episode of Big Band Sunday Night on AM740.
The remaining Sundays in 2018 will feature 'best of' segments of George Jonescu.  Frank Proctor takes over the show in 2019.

LAFF TV is airing the 80's sitcom  A DIFFERENT WORLDTHE COSBY SHOW was taken off BOUNCE after the conviction of Mr. Cosby.  Yet Mr. Cosby makes appearance on A DIFFERENT WORLD?

AM 740 (still) plays Michael Jackson music.  I know he hasn't (and can't) been found guilty in a court of law, but Craig Melvin (Today) said he can't listen to his music the same way.  I don't want to believe that Michael Jackson actually showered with boys, that's almost as bad as being a football coach at Don Bosco and

AM 640 took of Nighttime with Jordan Bonaparte on Sundays.  The most recent podcasts they aired, 3 parts of the McDonald's Murders, were produced in 2017.  Program still airs on CHML 900 at 6:00 pm Sundays.

Dozens,  if not hundreds,  of really, Really, REALLY,  R.E.A.L.L.Y good broadcasters out of work,   and this third-rate-whiskey-soaked-voice-blowhard-loudmouth-know-it-all at the end of the bar everyone wishes would just pay his tab and gtfo  is getting a network show? Really? Sigh. Yup. Radio is dead.

How will the late day release of the SNC-Lavalin "evidence" affect the taping of CTV's Question Period and Global's Worst Block?  These shows are taped Friday afternoon. Does Evan Solomon practice Shabbat?

Re: Programming

CTV's Question Period was taped much later than usual on Friday as you could tell by the shadows on parliament Hill in two segments airing on SNC which were separated by segments taped earlier.  Global's Worst Block which airs at the same time locally, had the Parliament Buildings and vicinity covered with snow, indicating it was recorded Saturday.

Dave said Mary is taking 'a few weeks off' due to the illness of his father.  It's six weeks and it's because she had a meltdown.
