Are You Ready For AM 960
CKNT-AM 960 (Class C) began testing last night with classical music (because of its public domain/non-royalty payment status).
Judging from its audio broadcasts of PragerU Youtube videos, the format will be a right-wing (Thank God) news talk format which will make Jerry Agar look like a lieberal.
From the 2014 Technical Brief:4 - PROPOSED SITE
CKNT’s new transmitter site will be at 3280 Mavis Road in Mississauga. The property is owned by the City of Mississauga and is used by their forestry department. As shown on Figure 1 the transmitting facilities will occupy a small area in the western portion of the site. The remainder of the site will continue to be used by the forestry department.

Heavens to Murgatroyd, Exidor, please tell me you were kidding when you cheered for (yet another) right-wing AM station! That's all our civilization needs -- another outlet for cranky older white guys to whine and moan and bitch about how bad they have it. Instead of caterwauling they should get down on their knees and THANK GOD that they are members of the lucky sperm club and were born here rather than almost anywhere else in the world.
