You know what they say about insanity...

...doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. 

So, I'm crazy!  Nevertheless, I post again!!!!

When all this is over and  we return to normal, what will "normal" TV viewing be like?  Will people be willing to wait a week for the next episode of their favourtite drama?  Sitcoms won't be an issue, but after a year, or so, of binging will people want to return to "appointment" TV? It's like the evolution  of TV news: almost no one waits until 6 for the network newscasts. Those who do are dying off. PVRs had already had a dramatic effect in changing viewership.  (When was the last time you saw a commercial?)  But I think Covid has changed habits even more and there's no return to heritage viewing.
